This form is used to request any IAT service. Upon submission of this form an email will be sent to the originator and an IAT project point of contact. Upon submission of this form the appropriate IAT service will be performed and the originator will be notified of the location of the requested IAT products. These IAT service requests can be viewed at any time. In general each project should consistently request peer reviews, dry runs, final tests, and test analysis services.

Need
Date The need date is the same as the meeting date for
a Peer Review or Walk Through. The need date is a minimum of 2 days in advance
for Project Services, 5 days in advance for Training Requests or Demonstrations,
and 10 days in advance for Enterprise Services.
Project Services
Peer Review This review is a subset of one
or more CPCs and does not include a complete working release. See your SDP.
Walk Through This review is performed prior
to test and is against a working collection of software. See your SDP.
Dry Runs This is a request for dry runs on
interm / engineering releases. It does NOT include detailed log events analysis.
Final Test This is a request for the actual
test which includes gathering of log events. It does NOT include detailed
log events analysis.
Test Analysis This is a detailed
analysis of the log events. It is usually performed after test is complete,
but can be started during test. Various tools are used such as the master
compare report.
Training Requests
Intro Training This training is
associated with running and using the IAT. It includes all the IAT services.
Advanced Training / PERL This
training is associated with updating the IAT scripts to support the unique
needs of the program or to perform IAT maintenance.
Demonstration Requests
Instrumentation This
demonstration walks users through the instrumentation reports.
Code Analysis This demonstration walks
users through the code analysis reports.
Test This demonstration walks users
through the test reports.
AdHoc Analysis This demonstration
walks users through the AdHoc services such as search and filter.
Enterprise Services
AsIs Move To Project This is a request
to install and test drive a generic IAT on the project folder (campus LAN
or any closed network).
Unique Project
Mods This is a request to modify the generic
IAT after it has been moved to a project and test driven.
New
Detector This is a request to add a new
detector in the stats-problems report (e.g. missing curly braces).
New
Report This is a request to add a new report
to the IAT.
New
Service This is a request to add a new
service to the IAT (e.g. Stand Alone LOC Counter).
